“Cool ESPN, love the support of a major sports platform for one of the best players in the league…” Matthews tweeted, adding a series of corn emojis beside “yyyy.”

Matthews, 25, who is pregnant and expecting her first child with Mahomes, a baby girl, added a second tweet as the fourth quarter came to an end.

Mahomes, 25, and the Chiefs failed to replicate the magic of 2020 for a Super Bowl repeat, with Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady instead celebrating his seventh championship title.

Matthews, who flew to Tampa, Florida, to watch Mahomes on Sunday, posted a message after the loss.

“Not how we wanted it to end, but 15 played his heart out and I’m always and forever proud of him in everything he does!” Matthews tweeted. “Now let’s have a baby.”

Matthews and Mahomes got engaged in September.
