Rangers’ schedule shuffled amid Devils’ COVID outbreak

The Rangers have had a slew of changes made to their game schedule after the Devils’ coronavirus outbreak postponed Saturday’s matchup between the teams at Prudential Center.

The game originally slated for Saturday is now scheduled for Thursday, March 4 at 7 p.m., and the matchup originally set for March 4 (also against the Devils) will now be played Feb. 16 (a Tuesday) at 7 p.m. at Madison Square Garden.

The Rangers’ game against the Flyers originally scheduled for Feb. 16 has been moved to Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. It will be the team’s first 6 p.m. start of the season. And a game originally scheduled for Friday, March 5 at the Devils has been moved to March 6 at 1 p.m.
