Jean-Georges Vongerichten has just added Bakery by ABC Restaurants, a vegetarian retail bakery offering pickup and delivery, to his cluster of restaurants at ABC Carpet & Home. The pastry chef, Karen DeMasco, has assembled a Valentine’s Day chocolate cookie box ($48), with four varieties of six cookies each. She is also baking pistachio crumb babkas ($22), chocolate layer cakes ($68) and pies ($38) in three flavors: chocolate custard, apple quince and lemon meringue.
