A Ready-to-Bake Pizza With Brooklyn Cred

For the first time, Juliana’s — opened by Patsy Grimaldi and his late wife, Carol, when he came out of retirement in 2012 — is offering refrigerated pizzas parbaked in the company’s ancient coal-fired ovens in Dumbo, Brooklyn, and ready to finish baking at home. (Mr. Grimaldi is now pushing 90 and has a partner in the business, Matthew Grogan.) It’s a first for the pizzeria; the pies can be ordered starting Thursday for pickup and delivery. Five minutes at 500 degrees is all they need. The choices are margherita, pepperoni, white and special No. 1 with cheeses, pancetta and scallions (superb topped with some arugula drizzled with olive oil in the last moments of baking). They’re all 14 inches and cost $17.99 to $23.99 from the pizzeria and FreshDirect.
