Adele weight loss: Diet plan and exercise behind singer's seven stone transformation

Adele addressed her weight loss on Saturday Night Takeaway. The singer looked gorgeous in a black dress with her honey blonde hair falling over her shoulder.

She told the audience: “I know I look really, really different since you last saw me.

“But actually, because of all the COVID restrictions…I had to travel light and I could only bring half of me. And this is the half I chose.”

Adele is thought to have lost over seven stone, or 98lbs, a huge amount of weight.

Though the singer has not detailed exactly how she lost the weight, various experts have provided insight.

Adele’s personal trainer Camila Goodis has said: “The first week is intense, green juices and only 1,000 calories. She doesn’t look too thin – she looks amazing.”

Adele is reportedly working with a fitness expert who has helped hone the physiques of Rihanna and Lady Gaga, Harley Pasternak.

The source told The Sunday Mirror: “Adele is feeling incredible at the moment and her weight loss is due to a lot of things but she is also been getting tips from Harley.

“Lady Gaga told her how brilliant Harley was. And that convinced Adele to get in touch.”

She has been following 35-minute long fitness regimes five times a week.

Pilates have also been said to play a part in Adele’s regimen.

Adele former UK personal trainer has also spoken out on his work with Adele.

Her ex-trainer Pete Geracimo said: “When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny.

“It was about getting her healthy. Especially post pregnancy and post surgery.”
