Is a Cyberpunk 2077 Netrunner Build Overpowered? – Watch Dogs Legion Style Gameplay

CG writes: Here is a look at a reasonably high level cyberpunk 2077 netrunner build (focusing mostly on Intelligence stat and Quickhack perks) who is able to hack cameras remotely and then take out (non-lethally) a pretty tough gang on V.Hard difficulty without being detected. The similarities between this style of gameplay and the recent Ubisoft title, Watch Dogs Legion are uncanny. It is an interesting way to play through Cyberpunk 2077 although as with Watch Dogs Legion does feel a little overpowered at times. Whilst the game does often have its own netrunners reveal your current position, you can move away and continue the drama unhindered. We think Cyberpunk 2077 needs more countermeasures or some tweaking to make things less easy for the player.
