Harry and Meghan are set to make a huge sum of money from the deal after leaving the Royal Family as working members in March. This entitles the pair to make a private income.
Prince Harry had a large personal wealth thanks to an inheritance from Princess Diana and the Queen Mother.
He is also given an annual allowance from the Duchy of Cornwall, a huge estate owned by the Prince of Wales.
Meghan was worth a couple of million after her success in US cable drama Suits.
The former-actress played love interest Rachel Zane on the show.
In their new podcast, Harry and Meghan sang carols and the Duchess mocked her husband’s voice.
According to Meghan, the podcast will focus on “acts of compassion and kindness”.
In the trailer for the podcast, Harry says: “So many people have been through so much pain this year.
“Experiencing loss, a huge amount of uncertainty but it feels worth acknowledging that 2020 has connected us in ways we never could have imagined through endless acts of compassion and kindness.”
The exciting news of a podcast comes after Meghan recorded a video for CNN.
In the clip, filmed in the garden of her £14m California home, she praised those working hard during the pandemic.
She said: “We saw communities standing up and taking action. When kids’ lunch programs came to a halt, we saw our neighbors make sure that those children received the nutrition they need.
“And when those who are immunocompromised or most vulnerable couldn’t leave their homes, we, as a community, showed up to deliver the food they needed to their doorsteps.”
