I must correct you, IMO they don’t have the right nor the ethics to sell an unfinished product, that’s the shady practices everyone is doing to release something even if broken and then patch it up. Most of us don’t expect to have Day 1 patch included in DB disks at retail. Day 1 patch means you’ll need to download the patch to make a working product. So, they’re selling a broken or different game at retail, at least for consoles.
