Priscilla Presley has sold off her longtime Beverly Hills mansion for $13 million, three million less than her initial asking price.
The palatial, Spanish-style ‘sanctuary’ has undergone several price cuts ever since Priscilla listed it over the summer for $15.995 million.
Just four months after putting it on the market, Priscilla offloaded the property for $13 million this past week, Page Six reported on Thursday.
Built in 1951, the estate listed by Hilton Hyland boasts seven bedrooms, eight and a half bedrooms, a tile lined swimming pool and tennis court, and was bought by Priscilla in the 1970s in order to be close to her ex-husband Elvis Presley.

In a warm orange color, much of the house’s exterior is covered in sprawling ivy and also features a side of french doors and windows.
Inside, the house features vaulted ceilings, with exposed beams in dark wood and matching framed archways.
Dark wood runs through the home, also featured in window panes, sculpted pillars throughout and panelling in the library/den combination room.
The cream color of the walls compliments the dark wood flooring and white stone fireplace.
One of the seven bedrooms is the main suit that is attached to a large ensuite with double sinks and mirrors on a dark wood vanity, with velvet drapes providing coverage to personal items.
Stone work lines the glass shower, and tub tucked under a window.
Off the suite is a large balcony with red stone flooring, a wrought iron railing and views of the backyard and pool.
Outside, short shrubs line the walkways with brick detailing in the driveway and paths, and as well stairs leading from the indoor living space outside.
More wrought iron railings and an ivy covered iron archway provide separation from entry into the estate and private spaces.
Priscilla described the estate as a sanctuary because it’s secluded, hidden behind a gate and surrounded by lines of trees

Priscilla was married to Elvis from 1967 until 1973, before his death in 1977, she bought the home so he could be close to their daughter Lisa Marie, now 52.
She opened up about the purchase and her longtime home while speaking to Closer in 2018.
‘Elvis stayed in the Holmby Hills home I found for us,’ she said. ‘We were very, very close, and I wanted to make sure his house was near to our daughter, Lisa Marie.
‘And it’s a bit secluded with the gates, so you can’t see in. It was a sanctuary for me,’ she added.
In the listing, realtor Jonah Wilson writes: ‘Available for the first time in over 45 years, this private enclave is nestled on over one acre of verdant grounds within the city limits of Beverly Hills’.
