She added glamour with platform heels featuring silver netted straps.

Fellow pop star Dua Lipa and Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief Edward Enninful OBE also joined Paloma at the virtual awards bash.

The Levitating singer flaunted her figure in a chic black dress, which showed off her curves with see-through panels.

Dua accessorised with gold jewellery, and kept her tresses swept away from her face in a sleek updo.

“May our award winners inspire anyone, anywhere, of any age to embrace who they truly are, free to be the best that they can be.”

Elsewhere, Paloma opened up about her second pregnancy during an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine.

While speaking about her new album Infinite Things, the songstress admitted she’s been struggling with the emotional and physical issues of pregnancy.

She told Lorraine Kelly: “I don’t have easy pregnancies, so it’s been emotional rollercoaster.

“If you look on the NHS website of things that could be irking you, I’ve got all of them!”

Paloma announced her second pregnancy in a statement shared with her Instagram followers on September 24.

She wrote: “It is with extreme pleasure I announce I am pregnant. I am going to be releasing new music at this time and wanted to feel free in my body as it changes before all our eyes!

“I am not a skinny pregnant person and I am also high risk in pregnancy so would like to ask the media not to run after me and get unflattering shots as anxiety is detrimental to me and my baby.

“This child is so wanted, it’s my 6th round of IVF and was a struggle to get here. I had a very traumatic first birth and I am also prone to postpartum depression.

“Being a mother is the greatest thing that’s ever happened to me but I will swell up and I won’t ‘glow’! I intend to be very real about this with you all!

“To all the other pregnant women out there who are as in love with their babies as me but simultaneously s***ing themselves, let’s do this.”
