Tyson Fury has labelled Anthony Joshua his easiest ever opponent, as the pair prepare to trade leather next year. The two British heavyweights have already agreed initial financial terms on two fights in 2021, as they prepare to put all the belts on the line.
First though, they will have to take care of business in upcoming fights, with both deemed potential banana skins.
Fury was set to return to the ring on December 5 at the Royal Albert Hall against Agit Kabayel before negotiations collapsed.
The Gypsy King has since confirmed he will be back in action in 2021 as he prepares to make his UK return, following four consecutive fights in the United States.
Meanwhile, AJ returns for the first time in over a year on December 12 when he defends his WBA, WBO and IBF straps against Kubrat Pulev.

“If ever I could build a perfect opponent I’d be building him.”
Eddie Hearn has revealed Fury could be ringside on December 12 to see Joshua in action against Pulev.
It would not be the first time the pair have been in the presence of one another though.
Fury famously predicted that Joshua would pose a real threat in the heavyweight division, after sparring the two-time world champion a decade ago.
There was also a chance meeting in Marbella earlier this summer while the pair have also FaceTimed in the past, as seen on Fury’s ITV documentary: The Gypsy King.
The unbeaten 6ft 9″ giant is currently awaiting the verdict from a legal case with Deontay Wilder, in which the Bronze Bomber is attempting to salvage a trilogy fight after his rematch clause expired.
Yet in good news for Joshua, WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman has given Fury his blessing by issuing his full support of an undisputed fight.
“There’s absolutely great hope from the world to see that undisputed fight. Tyson Fury is our champion, our pride. Anthony Joshua holds the other belts and he has been a tremendous asset to the sport. A gentleman, a great career,” Sulaiman told Sky Sports.
“To see this showdown, Fury-Joshua, would be tremendous for everyone in the sport of boxing. We will absolutely support it.”
