She discussed the study findings in a new video, in which Kate wore a blue dress with an unusally low neckline for the royal, who often wears high neck dresses. However, the Duchess of Cambridge looked professional and radiant in the look.
The deep royal blue hue enhanced Kate’s bronzed glow.
The double-breasted tuxedo style dress, with full length sleeves, featured a matching dark blue belt with a gold buckle.
Kate’s makeup was neutral and subtle, with brown eyeshadow and a little eye-liner to define the Duchess’s eyes.
Her eyebrows were define and she wore a peachy pink on the apples of her cheeks and on her lips.
Kate’s hair was beautiful curled, bouncy and shiney.
The look appeared crafted to draw attention to Kate’s pendant necklace, a shining gold disk.

There may well be good reason for this. As Kate drew attention to the plight of young children in the UK, she wore a tribute to her own three children.
The necklace is made by Daniella Draper, and is the ‘Midnight Moon’ necklace.
The £1,070 necklace is engraved with the initials of her three children, “G, L, C”.
These, obviously, stand for George, Louis and Charlotte.

Fans were quick to praise the Duchess for her look and for the initiative.
One wrote, “She is so beautiful,” while another said, “Her hair.”
“How beautiful and elegant, Kate,” one said, while another wrote, “Stunning Duchess.”
Another said: “This is definitely an area that needs addressing and your the right person to make a difference.”
“Such a great project. This makes us so proud to be British,” another said.
Kate said in a speech for the 5 Big Questions study: “Over the last decade I have met people from all walks of life.
“I have seen that experiences such as homelessness, addiction, and poor mental health are often grounded in a difficult childhood.
“But I have also seen, how positive protective factors in the early years can play a crucial role in shaping our futures…The early years are not simply about how we raise our children.
“They are in fact about how we raise the next generation of adults. They are about the society we will become.”
Language expert and author Judi James analysed Kate’s speech for Express.co.uk and has claimed she comes off “very regal.”
Judi said: “The structure, tone and wording of this speech are interesting because they are very regal, meaning we could be seeing a glimpse of Kate in her role as future queen.”
Judi claimed the speech had been kept “short” and “simplistic” making it more “high impact” than traditional royal addresses.
Kate Middleton’s parenting with her own children is often analuysed by experts.
