Symptoms of the infection usually appear within two-weeks after a tick bite and often include fever, headache, muscle soreness, and a rash, according to the NHS.
At the site of the tick bite will be a red skin sore with a dark centre.

She said of their footage captured on half-submerged and weather-proofed remote cameras: “Although elephants are everyone’s favourites, seeing them interact with an environment from so many angles was amazing.
“We found that the science is about right in terms of the complex trade-offs between all the animals, and how those dynamics can be affected by changing temperatures or the arrival of different species.”
