Kylie Jenner's ex Tyga is being sued for '$200K for trashing his former Beverly Hills home'

Tyga is being sued for allegedly trashing his former home and refusing to pay the rent.

The 30-year-old rapper – who used to date Kylie Jenner and has a son with Blac Chyna – reportedly damaged flooring, walls and counters before leaving the Beverly Hills abode in April after living there for a year. The rent was $32,000 a month.

The singer’s former landlord is now seeking over $200,000 in damages.

According to TMZ, court documents accused Tyga of leaving gouges in the kitchen’s white oak flooring ($27,650), damaging marble flooring and counters, which cost $15,575 and causing $103,160.25 worth of damage to walls with murals and wallpaper ($103,160.25).

The landlord is also unhappy that Tyga allegedly damaged the driveway by installing a basketball hoop without permission, and destroyed the entry door by installing new locks, which he hadn’t asked to do.

The unnamed home owner says he attempted to settle the dispute via mediation in May, but claimed the hitmaker refused to participate. He’s now suing for breach of contract.

This isn’t the first time Tyga has been sued for unpaid rent in the area. In March 2018, make-up artist Mezghan Hussainy – who was once engaged to Simon Cowell – accused Tyga of failing to pay rent at the Beverly Hills house she owned that he had been renting for $40,000 a month.

He had moved in in March 2017 but by January, failed to pay the rent, causing her to take legal action to recover the money and get him out of the house.

In the lawsuit, the ‘BedRock’ rapper’s son King Cairo, now eight, was also named as a defendant because the youngster – whose mother is Blac Chyna – had his name recorded on lease.

There is also news on Kylie’s other ex Travis Scott, whose Astroworld Festival is hoping to return in 2021.

The hip-hop superstar’s annual extravaganza, which was due to be held once again in his home city of Houston, Texas, on November 9, was axed this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

However, a poster on the event’s official Twitter page says they are planning to host the third annual festival in 2021.

The post reads: ‘See you next year… at Astrofest. Can’t wait to turn the f*** up! Stay safe.’

Last year’s iteration saw performances from the likes of Megan Thee Stallion, Marilyn Manson, Pharrell and Migos.

Meanwhile, Travis recently deleted Instagram to ‘focus on his family’.

The Sicko Mode hitmaker took his account offline last week and sources later said he chose to delete the app from his phone so that he could stop being ‘consumed with social media’, and instead focus on raising his two-year-old daughter Stormi, whom he has with Kylie.

An insider said: ‘He is focusing on his family and their well-being and wants to influence his fans to do the same instead of being so consumed with social media.’

The source added that it was ‘important’ for the 29-year-old rapper to step away from social media especially during ‘such a critical time in the world right now’, amid both the coronavirus pandemic and the US presidential election, which took place on November 3.

It was recently claimed Travis is a ‘hands-on’ father to his little girl, as sources insisted he and Kylie – who are no longer in a relationship – are ‘coparenting amazingly’.

A source said last month: ‘Kylie and Travis are coparenting amazingly right now and love spending time together with Stormi and making her happy.

‘Travis is a hands-on, super engaged dad and always wants to make Stormi smile. She is such a happy child.’
