Court documents in the case read that ‘the matter is not called for hearing,’ as ‘counsel for Petitioner represents that Petitioner cannot appear this date due to a medical emergency,’ The Sun reported.

The custody decision regarding Finley and Harper is expected to be revealed within weeks in the trial, the outlet reported.

Lockwood, in court docs, declared that Presley’s lawyers have engaged in ‘hyper-aggressive litigation’ in the case, calling for ‘hearings spurred by baseless salacious allegations.’

Lockwood said that Presley incorporated techniques she learned during her time with the Church of Scientology called ‘Fair Gaming’ to estrange him from his daughters, and had asked the court to call former Scientologist Leah Remini in the case, The Blast reported in July.
