Donald Trump is going head-to-head with Democrat rival Joe Biden in the race for the White House, despite trailing behind in the polls. The incumbent President has been relentless in his campaigning efforts, pulling out all the stops even despite his coronavirus scare last month. He tweeted on Monday: “Joe Biden is promising to delay the vaccine and turn America into a prison state – locking you in your home while letting far-left rioters roam free.
“The Biden Lockdown will mean no school, no graduations, no weddings, no Thanksgiving, no Christmas, no Fourth of July, and…
“…no future for America’s youth. A vote for Biden is a vote for Lockdowns, Layoffs and Misery. Get out and VOTE tomorrow!”
And yet, Mr Biden appears to hold a narrow lead over the Republican President, with many pollsters predicting a Democrat victory tomorrow.
A YouGov America poll published on Monday, for instance, gave Mr Biden a promising nine-point lead.

Some, however, believe the outcome of the heated election race was predicted in 1555 by the French mystic Michele de Nostredame.
Better known as Nostradamus, the writer, astrologer and apothecary is known for publishing cryptic passages and poems many claim are predictions of the future.
These supposed prophecies – four-lined quatrains – were presented to the world in the 1555 book Les Propheties.
Conspiracy theorists have used these texts to claim Nostradamus predicted critical world events such as the outbreak of World War II, the 1666 Great Fire of London or the assassination of John F Kennedy in 1963.
Some have now shared Nostradamus’s quatrains claiming they predict President Trump’s election victory.
The quatrain in question reads: “The false trumpet concealing madness,
“Will cause Byzantium to change its laws.
“From Egypt there will go forth a man who wants
“The edict withdrawn, changing money and standards.”
One of Nostradamus’s apparent followers tweeted: “Sir, in my view Trump will win election becoz Nostradamus prediction is America will be damaged by a fool ruler.”
He argued the supposed predictions have only ever been used to validate claims after events have happened, and never before.
Mr Dunning said: “How accurate are his predictions? You could fill a library with books claiming to match quatrains with major events in world history — all, of course, deciphered and published after those events occurred.
“The straight fact is that nobody has ever used Nostradamus’ writings to predict a future event in specific terms which later came true.
