Nadia Sawalha speaks out in confession with husband Mark: 'So effing sick of it all'

Loose Women presenter Nadia Sawalha, 55, has taken to Instagram to check in on her fans amid the coronavirus outbreak by sharing a snap of herself with her husband Mark Adderley from a couple of years ago. The ITV host told her followers she is “effing sick of it all” as she thought about what life was like before COVID-19.

Nadia, who shares her two daughters Kiki-Bee, 13, and Maddy, 17, with Mark, told her followers she wishes she could “turn the world off” while the coronavirus pandemic continues.

The mum-of-two posted a snap of herself pulling a face alongside a picture of her husband with his head in his hands.

In view of her 327,000 Instagram followers, Nadia wrote: “Flashback Friday !

“Found this on my phone from a couple of years ago !! God knows what was going on but I suspect @mark_adderley and I had just looked into a crystal ball and seen what 2020 looked like !!!!!!!”

She went on to ask her fans: “Who fancies screaming their head off with me??

“Who feels so weary with it all? Who wants to turn the world off and then back on again to see if that makes a flaming difference #soeffingsickofitall

It wasn’t long before Mark weighed in to comment on her throwback post, writing: “Too funny!!! I remember it well.”

People are allowed to leave home to buy food and medication, provide care, exercise or go to work if they cannot do so from home.

Hair and beauty salons, garden centres, places of accommodation, and tourist attractions have closed.

Elsewhere, Nadia spoke out about a decision she made with her spouse and their two children recently.

The former EastEnders star explained she and Mark decided to homeschool both their daughters.

Nadia stressed she refuses to discuss the topic on TV as people have often been “dismissive” of homeschooling in the past after removing her girls from mainstream schooling five years ago.

She began: “Yes, it’s very personal to us. That’s why we don’t talk about it on telly.

“Because this is our children’s lives and this is what we’ve done. We don’t want to be put into one niche corner.”

“We’ve struggled with it. We’ve struggled with them going to school but we have two amazing children,” the host continued.
