Tottenham player ratings vs LASK: Gareth Bale impresses but two stars shine more

Tottenham were very impressive as they rested several key stars, including Harry Kane, but still ran out 3-0 winners over LASK in the Europa League. Goals from Lucas Moura and substitute Heung-min Son, alongside an Andrade own goal, wrapped up the victory. Express Sport takes a look at how each individual player fared.

Tottenham player ratings

Joe Hart 7

Did what was required and made a couple of smart saves. Experience definitely shone through.

Matt Doherty 6

Was a willing runner down the right but the quality of his deliveries were not quite at the high standards he sets for himself.

Davinson Sanchez 6

Not the busiest night for the Colombian but did what was required of him. Perhaps should have got his second-half header on target from Gareth Bale’s corner.

Ben Davies 7

Naturally a left-back, the Welshman adapted well to playing at centre-back and brought the ball out well from the back.

Sergio Reguilon 7

Was brilliant down the left flank and looked comfortable next to Ben Davies.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg 7

Got a bloody eye early in the match but was still as tenacious as ever with his head bandaged.

Harry Winks 6

You always know what you’re going to get from the England international. Kept the ball well and got Spurs moving forward.

Eric Lamela 7

Plenty of creativity from the Argentine which caused LASK several problems. A bright night.

Lucas Moura 8

Netted the opening goal and was a real live-wire until he was replaced towards the end of the match.

Gareth Bale 7

His first start since returning to the club was crowned with an assist as his cross was turned into his own net by Andrade.

Carlos Vinicius 8

His Spurs debut could hardly have gone any better as he laid on two assists and looks to be a very adequate alternative to Harry Kane.
