Philippines confirms 2,673 novel coronavirus cases, 73 more deaths

MANILA (Reuters) – The Philippines’ health ministry on Saturday reported 2,673 new confirmed cases of coronavirus infections and 73 additional fatalities, bringing the total in the country to 354,338 cases and 6,603 deaths.

It also said 539 more individuals had recovered from COVID-19, bringing total recoveries to 295,312.
