Well I had a few just after I downloaded and installed the update. I experienced the slow down and the long loading to see your friend’s list. But that doesn’t seem to be happening anymore. I was able to make a party chat and we were able to play online easily. I haven’t seen that error code.
If a lot of people are really having issues, then that’s a problem. Hope Sony fix it.
