Katy Perry appears to be looking for a new nest after welcoming her first child with fiance Orlando Bloom in August.
The singer toured a $4 million property in her home town of Santa Barbara, California, over the weekend, seemingly planning a move to the central coast after putting her Beverly Hills home on the market.
The new mom was seen in a casual outfit consisting of cropped leggings and a hooded sweater a she looked around the two bedroom, two bathroom home with her realtor friend.

Katy, 35, covered up in a baseball cap and a face mask as she left the contemporary single-level property which is listed for $3,695,000.
The home is of a more modest size than her other properties, spanning just 1,691 sq ft and with only two bedrooms and two bathrooms for a much more intimate feel.
The coastal oasis has two large courtyards surrounded by lush greenery and large palm trees for privacy.
Orlando wasn’t seen on the outing and was likely home with their newborn daughter Daisy who they welcomed on August 26.

Meanwhile, the Dark Horse hitmaker is hoping to offload her 4,400 sq ft Beverly Hills home for $7.95 million.
She bought the property just two years ago in 2018 for half a million less than her current asking price.
Katy also sold her Hollywood Hills compound to restaurateur Michael Chow in February 2019 for $12.7 million.

The Firework singer welcomed Daisy Dove Bloom into the world in late August after unveiling her pregnancy in her Never Worn White music video this March.
She’s been engaged to Orlando since last year and the couple intended to tie the knot this year in Japan but have delayed the festivities on account of COVID-19.
Orlando shares a nine-year-old son, Flynn, with his ex-wife Miranda Kerr.
