Jeffree Star found himself in the headlines once again for less than positive reasons. Page Six picked up on a report from Insider in which several people close to Star in the 2000s claimed he was guilty of sexual assault, racist commentary, bribery, and physical violence.
The outlet claims that back when Star was first making a name for himself via Myspace before becoming one of the biggest beauty vloggers, Star supposedly groped men in his inner circle and even used a stun gun to attack those who had rejected his advances.
Jeffree denied the allegations, specifically those related to his Warped Tour appearence, arguing that he and his friend were just “jokingly touching one another.” One of the incidents in question involved a homeless teen.
Gage Arthur, who was 17-years-old at the time of the purported incident, says he rejected Star’s advances in 2009 before he went on to stay in his apartment overnight. Gage claims Jeffree gave him “Ambien” and then performed oral sex on him while he was intoxicated.
Star and his lawyer claimed the accusations are “false and defamatory,” saying that Star has never drugged another person for sexual intercourse. Reportedly, Star offered accusers and the alleged victims $10,000 to stay quiet.
Jeffree’s representative claimed Insider was more concerned with getting click-bait headlines than getting to the truth. “Facts still matter,” Jeffree’s spokesperson wrote in the statement, before going on to say that the “exposé” was just a collection of lies and rumors that have already been discredited decades ago.
Furthermore, Star and his team claim they offered a batch of evidence that would disprove the claims and stories, however, the reporter refused to use the story and chose, instead, to go with their “predetermined narrative.”

As most know, Star has already been in the headlines for such reasons before, including when he came forward and apologized for using racist slurs earlier in his career. Moreover, he said sorry to Tati Westbrook for facilitating drama between her and James Charles.
