UPDATE: after a day in the hot Florida sun, the halos are gone. I changed my rating to a 5 star after the initial scare of halos in the glass. Just make sure that you do have a firm grip on the suction cup.
If you have a larger suction cup, use it. The one provided is about the size of a quarter. It cleans easier than the original screen.
I recommend this for every Atlas owner.I really like the fact that the protector went in without any air bubbles and is perfectly cut to fit. I cleaned the infotainment window prior to installing the protector.
I installed the protector, but there are some weird halos inside the glass itself. You can see it in the pictures on the upper right side. I cleaned the protector, but the halos are in the middle of the protector, not the screen or the surface.
Now Im stuck with a leopard halo screen protector. I would have given it 5 stars, but the halos ruined it.
First impression is that it looks great. Easy to put on. First time I installed it, i got a big air bubble in the center.
I simply, put the suction cup near a corner and lifted it the corner with my nail then with the suction cup just enough to get the air bubble out. Overall very good product.
It’s hard to tell it is even there when the stereo is on.
Fits perfectly, take your time on the install. Clean well, know that the stick side, is the side with the sticker! It’s such a great purchase of you have children or anyone who wants to protect their screen.
Comes with everything necessities for a clean install, follow the instructions please!Sure you can tell it’s there, but honestly it’s such a nice piece of mind and for a very cheap price!
