Joining him in his kitchen was Ray Quinn, best know for his appearance in Brookside and Hollyoaks, coming third in the 2006 series of X Factor and also competing in Dancing on Ice.

He the placed the bread onto a roasting tray, topped with the chicken and roasted for around 45 minutes.

“It smells insane!” Ray remarked. “Mate you’ve got no shortage of food have you?”

James then showed viewers how to make the salad dressing and then arranged everything onto the plate for serving.

“There you have it, chicken with the caesar salad – you keep all this dressing – and then what we do, just when you think it hasn’t got enough, you take some parmesan cheese,” James said.

“But now in lockdown, you’re the only person that’s allowed to eat it!” The chef continue.

“So sorry guys! It does look good, and it’s just enough for me as well,” Ray exclaimed.

“Exactly! So there you have it, spatchcock chicken, garlic butter, nice caesar salad – done!” James said.

“Superb,” the guest stated before tucking in.
