This Morning presenters Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford were snapped trying to read their menu in a dimly lit restaurant. The couple, who have been married for ten years, both pulled out their mobile phones to shine a light on the piece of card in order to make their selection.
“Menu by phonelight …. but worth waiting for,” Eamonn captioned the amusing snap, which he posted online.
In the photo, which the ITV star shared with his 685,000 followers, the duo, both 60, could be seen using the torch feature on their phones to see.
He did not reveal which restaurant the couple had visited for their cosy dinner.
True to form, Ruth looked lovely in a patterned red dress for the occasion, while Eamonn sported a dark top with a white T-shirt underneath.
