The small-screen star has since returned to viewers’ screens for Steph’s Packed Lunch.
Speaking about the new show, the presenter gushed: “For me, it’s about being inclusive, warm, cheeky, and that’s why I’m glad it’s coming from up here.
“You can sit and have your lunch with us and have a chat about what’s going on but we’re also hopefully going to make you laugh.”
The Channel 4 presenter previously worked on BBC Breakfast as a consumer journalist.
Steph’s Packed Lunch airs weekdays at 12.30pm on Channel 4.
