Loose Women star Stacey Solomon has reached out to her fans, while admitting to feeling less than perfect. The 30-year-old TV star, who shares regular updates on Instagram, spoke openly about her feelings while asking her followers about their own wellbeing.
True to form, the mum-of-three took to the picture-sharing site first thing to say good morning to her 3.7 million followers.
“How are you feeling this morning? Like actually How Are You?” the popular personality sincerely asked.
She then went on to reveal she was feeling “on edge” herself and felt unable to keep up with an endless list of tasks to do.
Stacey, who is mum to one-year-old son Rex, who she shares with boyfriend Joe Swash, and older sons Zachary, 12, and Leighton, eight, is juggling her various work commitments with looking after her home and young children.

Stacey then went on to share encouraging words with her fans.
“Anyway I really hope you’re all ok this morning and if you’re not I promise… it will pass, better days are ahead, you’re doing an amazing job even if you feel like you’re not.”
The post on her Instagram Story continued: “Just remember if you didn’t question it, then you wouldn’t care.
“And the very fact that you care is ENOUGH. Love you,” she signed off.
