Seemingly out of the blue, David Adefeso allegedly filed for a restraining order against his girlfriend Tamar Braxton. According to certain sources, David was the aggressor in the fight that led up to the move.
There is not much known from Adefeso’s point of view. However, people close to Tamar claim that they were on their way to a mental health facility for Tamar when she confronted him about the video that he posted taking Logan to the beach just a few days ago.
They went on to tell The Blast that Braxton had become suspect and believed that David may have been with her for the wrong reasons — aka he wants fame.
The two got into an argument while he was driving and that’s when David reportedly got violent and put his hands on the reality star. The report went on to say that there are photos to back this story up.
‘Any claims that Ms. Braxton was the aggressor and/or abusive are completely false and have no merit. David Adefeso has been upset and abusive since seeing his own true colors on Tamar’s upcoming television show and has been taking it out on Tamar ever since.’
To make matters worse, Adefeso became ‘irate, threatening not only her life but his own’ and said they were going to end up in a ‘murder-suicide.’

I wrote a letter over 2 months ago asking to be freed from what I believed was excessive and unfair. I explained in personal detail the demise I was experiencing. My cry for help went totally ignored. However the demands persisted. It was my spirit, and my soul that was tainted the most. There are a few things I count on most to be, a good mother, a good daughter, a good partner, a good sister, and a good person. Who I was, begun to mean little to nothing, because it would only be how I was portrayed on television that would matter. It was witnessing the slow death of the woman I became, that discouraged my will to fight. I felt like I was no longer living, I was existing for the purpose of a corporations gain and ratings, and that killed me. Mental illness is real. We have to normalize acknowledging it and stop associating it with shame and humiliation. The pain that I have experienced over the past 11 years has slowly ate away at my spirit and my mental. After the incident, the singer ended the relationship David kicked Tamar and Logan out of their apartment.
The shocking details come after Tamar took to social media to thank her boyfriend for saving her life when he found her unresponsive.
‘I came here just to say this and then I’m logging off… if you have ever been in recovery or treatment you know that you reflect on a lot of things…so, I couldn’t let another day, another second go by without PUBLICLY Thanking my Love @david.adefeso for saving my life… I’m so grateful. I was in our home lifeless.’
Hopefully, they are able to separate without any more dangerous situations occurring.
