Manchester United transfer targets Jadon Sancho and Kingsley Coman are both ‘very interested’ in moving to Old Trafford, it has been claimed. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have already secured the signing of Donny van de Beek from Ajax. And they want more with less than a month of the window remaining.
Manchester United made Van de Beek their first signing of the transfer window earlier in the week, with the Netherlands international moving in a £40million deal.
But Solskjaer is keen to add further reinforcements to his squad as he targets a first Premier League title for the club since 2013, back when Sir Alex Ferguson was in charge.
It’s an open secret that United want to sign Sancho, despite Borussia Dortmund holding firm in negotiations so far.
And Coman is on their radar in case they fail to sign the England international, with the Frenchman sparkling for Bayern Munich last term.
It’s likely to be one or the other for United, with funds tight this summer because of the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

But news that he’s interested in joining United will give them hope they can land the 24-year-old, who has won 20 trophies throughout his career so far.
As well as Sancho and Coman, Solskjaer’s side have been strongly linked with Dayot Upamecano.
The RB Leipzig star has emerged as a more viable option than Napoli’s Kalidou Koulibaly, who has been slapped with an eyewatering £80m price tag.
But the Red Devils are likely to wait a year before launching an official bid for the 21-year-old, with the centre-back’s release clause dropping to £38m in 12 months’ time.
Meanwhile, transfer expert Ian McGarry has claimed that Solskjaer recently met with United chiefs to vent his frustrations over the lack of urgency on the signings front.

“Across the city to Manchester United, where money is definitely available and we have seen that with the signing of Donny van de Beek from Ajax for around £40m earlier this week,” McGarry said on the Transfer Window podcast.
“I’m told that there was a meeting at Carrington training ground earlier this week in which Ole Gunnar Solskjaer met with some of the recruitment staff, including Matt Judge who’s the guy who basically recommends and makes decisions on players before it goes upstairs to Ed Woodward.
“[Solskjaer] expressed his frustration and, unsurprisingly, with Manchester City already ahead in the window with the signings of Nathan Ake and Ferran Torres, Chelsea spending like drunken yuppies it seems on all parts of the team, Solskjaer is concerned that despite the fact he has been flagging up for weeks and months now where he sees the team needs to be strengthened, they are lagging behind their rivals.”
United could still lose players this summer.
They want to get rid of Chris Smalling, Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo – while also being open to offers for Jesse Lingard, Andreas Pereira and Diogo Dalot.
