Clara Amfo is the fifth celebrity confirmed to be taking part in Strictly Come Dancing 2020.
The 18th series of the BBC dance competition will return in October on BBC One putting the sparkle back into Saturday and Sunday nights.
Clara Amfo is known for being a radio DJ and television presenter.
She said: “As we know this year has been a real challenge and escapism through dancing is something I know we all enjoy, so to be taught by a pro and live a fantasy is something that I can’t wait to fully embrace, see you on the dancefloor!”
The broadcaster is best known for her 10am – 1pm show on BBC Radio 1, home of the Live Lounge.
She has helped cover huge events such as Glastonbury Festival, Radio 1’s Big Weekend, the BAFTA Awards and The Proms.
The news was revealed this morning (Wednesday, September 2) on Radio 1 Breakfast with Greg James.
The star also took part in Celebrity MasterChef 2018, so she is familiar with celebrity gameshow.
