Adele shared a picture of her in a bikini top and patterned leggings as she celebrated what would have been the Notting Hill Carnival on Instagram. The post showed off her slim figure since the singer’s reported 7st weight loss. She captioned the post: “Happy what would be Notting Hill Carnival my beloved London.”

Adele wowed fans back in May after she posted a picture celebrating her 32nd birthday.

She shared a picture from the celebrations which saw the singer in a black mini dress.

She wrote a sweet message along with the post thanking her fans for their birthday messages.

Adele wrote: “Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time.

“It’s a good diet to shed the weight. The first week is intense, green juices and only 1,000 calories.”

Camila added: “She doesn’t look too thin – she looks amazing.”

As well as the Sirtfood diet plan, The Rolling in the Deep singer is also said to have been following work out video’s by Joe Wicks.

Back in October 2019, a source told The Sun: “Adele’s been secretly working with these personal trainers.

“She’s not the sort to exercise in front of others, so she follows regimes and plans at home, using their videos and tutorials.

“The progress she has made in the last six months is clear for all to see.”

Adele also previously trained with Camila alongside Robbie Williams and his wife, Ayda.

Talking to The Sun in January, Camila said: “I trained Ayda for a long time and it happens that they are good friends so I did Adele when she was there in Robbie’s house.

“I don’t believe she liked exercise much but she has changed her lifestyle and I believe that 90 per cent was dieting.”
