'Black Panther' Star Chadwick Boseman Dead at 43 After Colon Cancer Battle

Chadwick Boseman, best known for his leading role in Black Panther, died at age 43, his team confirmed via his Twitter account on Friday, August 28.

“It is with immeasurable grief that we confirm the passing of Chadwick Boseman,” the statement began. “Chadwick was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016, and battled with it these last four years as it progressed to stage IV.”
