Fortnite fans are working their way through the Season 4, Week 1 challenges.
The new Fortnite season launched with a Marvel-themed Battle Pass on the morning of August 27.
Provided you own the Battle Pass, you can earn XP to unlock Marvel themed rewards throughout the course of the season.
With 25,000 XP on offer for each challenge, the quickest and easiest way to level up the Battle Pass and unlock the skins are by completing weekly tasks.
Like most Week 1 and Week 2 challenges, the initial tasks are designed to acquaint players with the new map locations, items and features introduced as part of the new season.
One of the challenges tasks players with eliminating Stark Robots at Quinjet Patrol Landing Sites, while another challenge involves dealing damage to opponents using one of the game’s newly introduced Energy Rifles.
But the most exciting Week 1 challenge tasks players with eliminating the formidable Doctor Doom at Doom’s Domain. Best of all, this particular challenge is worth 50,000 XP.
Because this isn’t an easy challenge to complete, Express Online has put together a guide on how to complete it.
First up you’ll need to find Doom’s Domain. As you can see from the map above, Doom’s Domain is where Pleasant Park used to be.
Just set your marker to map location D3, and you’ll be in the new Doom’s Domain point of interest.
Once you’ve found Doom’s Domain, you’ll need to eliminate Doctor Doom three separate times in order to complete the challenge.
You can usually find Doctor Doom around the imposing House Doom landmark, and in the underground Vault area.
Doctor Doom is a strong foe, so you may want to tackle this challenge as a group.
Alternatively, if you head to the POI early in the game, you can unofficially team up with other players to defeat him.
