First Lady Melania Trump donned an Alexander McQueen military-style jacket when she made her closing case for husband Donald Trump at the second night of the Republican National Convention on Tuesday.
The 50-year-old cut a stylish figure in the $1,500 designer jacket, which she paired with a matching pencil skirt for her speech in the Rose Garden at the White House.
And she isn’t the only famous face to have sported the khaki number; model Kaia Gerber previously wore the garment in October 2019 as she headed to the Vogue: Forces Of Fashion event in New York City.
Instead, she opted to give her ensemble an edgier look with a short skirt and black leather boots.

Melania wore her light brunette tresses down as she accentuated her evergreen looks with complementary makeup.
Typically stylish, she paired the olive green suit featuring large gold buttons and a belt which cinched her in at the waist, with a knee-length pencil skirt and matching khaki stiletto heels.
The convention is being held virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic but will include speeches from various locations including Charlotte, North Carolina and Washington, DC.
Melania Trump was one of the few convention speakers to acknowledge the price paid by so many people impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

‘I want to acknowledge the fact that since March, our lives have changed drastically. The invisible enemy, COVID-19, swept across our beautiful country and impacted all of us,’ she said.
‘My deepest sympathy that goes out to everyone that has lost a loved one and my prayers with those that are ill or suffering.
‘I know many people are anxious and some feel helpless. I want you to know that you’re not alone,’ she added.
