“But, my wife really doesn’t want me to do Strictly, I have spoken about this publicly.
“She’s not interested in me having an affair, which seems very narrow-minded.”
He continued: “I think it would be an amazing opportunity.
“I love a bit of spangle and glamour on a Saturday night but as things stand, this is a negotiation that needs to happen between the people in my life.”
Strictly fans are also hoping Made in Chelsea’s Jamie Laing will return to the show this year after he had to pull out ahead of the live show last year.
Jamie suffered a knee injury shortly before the live shows were supposed to take place, with Kelvin Fletcher stepping in to fill his place.
Kelvin went on to win the series with partner Oti Mabuse.
