“Bill” was first met back in 1994, some 20 years after the death of Elvis.
Speaking about meeting “Bill” in Chile for the first time in 1994, the source explained: “My first impression was kind of ‘Hey! this guy walks like Elvis, is about the same height, and his voice tone sounds pretty much Elvis’.
“He was very friendly during that interview, I must say.”
