Heather Graham, 50, proves she is still a bikini bombshell as she models a green two piece: ‘Grateful to get a chance to zen out on a beach’

Heather Graham may be 50-years-old but the actress looks half her age when on the beach.

And the Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me star proved that once again this week when she shared two new images where she was in a green bikini.

The 5ft8in blonde beauty displayed a flat tummy with abs and long, lean legs as she enjoyed the coastline.

‘To swim or not to swim?’ the Hangover star wrote in her caption.

Another caption read, ‘Grateful to get a chance to zen out on a beach after this crazy year. Hope everyone is safe and healthy.’

Before the pandemic hit, Heather had been on a promotional tour for her dramatic film The Rest Of Us.

She represented the movie at a special screening at SAG-AFTRA in Beverly Hills in February.

The movie, which also stars Sophie Nélisse from The Book Thief, is a mother-daughter tale exploring the themes of grief, loss and relationships.

The Rest Of Us premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last September and opened in theaters on February 14th.

Graham first rose to prominence at the age of 17, when she played the role of Mercedes Lane opposite Corey Haim and Corey Feldman in the 1988 teen comedy License to Drive.

She garnered critical acclaim a year later for her performance in Gus Van Sant’s gritty drama Drugstore Cowboy and went on to star in David Lynch’s TV series Twin Peaks and the 1992 movie Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me.

Heather has said that she always wanted to be an actress.

Last year she told The Guardian: ‘I used to dress up in my mom’s old clothes and play with these kids from the neighbourhood and make up stories: I would pretend that we were all vampires.

‘I became more shy and awkward when I was nine and my family moved again (my dad was in the FBI). Being in a new place made me feel insecure.’

She added she regrets how she would put pressure on herself in her younger years.

‘I spent too many years being hard on myself, like a drill sergeant in my head. I thought that if I was hard on myself, I’d get more results, but I now know that’s not true,’ said the LA native.

One of the secrets to her great looks may be all the shut eye she gets.

‘Once a week I spend a day luxuriating in bed. I like staying in my house, pottering around and maybe cooking or just laying around reading. I love doing yoga and transcendental meditation,’ said Heather.

She added, ‘I love sleeping. When I tell people how much I sleep sometimes, they are horrified. I basically sleep between nine and 12 hours a night.’
