Bindi Irwin is the daughter of Steve Irwin who became world famous as the Crocodile Hunter. Steve died in 2006 after he was struck in the heart by a Stingray. More than a decade after his death, his daughter Bindi has announced she and husband Chandler are expecting their first child together.
Bindi announced her pregnancy in a post to her Instagram, which saw the couple hold up a smaller outfit for their new arrival.
She captioned the post: “Baby Wildlife Warrior due 2021.
“Chandler and I are proud to announce that we’re expecting! It’s an honour to share this special moment in our lives with you.
“Though I’m still in my first trimester, we really want you to be part of our journey from the beginning of this new life chapter.

Robert added: “No matter where we go, or what we do, we’ll always come back here.
“This is our passion. It’s a part of us, and Australia Zoo will always be home.”
Earlier this year, Bindi honoured her father in getting married at the Australia Zoo where Steve planned to create the Africa Savannah.
Their wedding was featured on their reality series Crikey! It’s the Irwins.
On the show, Bindi said: “So what’s really special is that we’re getting married in the place that was his biggest dream.
“His goal was to open up this extraordinary area with African animals all roaming together, and our ceremony will take place with that right behind us.”
