Vanderpump Rules star Danica Dow is accused of CHOKING ex-boyfriend Brett Willis following ‘an argument over 90 Day Fiancé’… as she’s granted a restraining order against him

Vanderpump Rules star Danica Dow has been accused of choking her ex-boyfriend Brett Willis, after she was granted a restraining order against him earlier this week.

Willis has responded in legal documents claiming the pair had a violent argument over him not cleaning his plate until he’d finished watching the reality show 90 Day Fiancé.

Dow had claimed that Willis broke into her home and cut up her clothes with a pair of scissors, but Willis alleges that Dow became violent and ‘grabbed’ his neck so aggressively he ended up drawing blood, in legal documents obtained by the TheBlast.

Per the report, Willis has asked a judge to order Dow not to speak negatively about him in public.

‘After a disagreement over not cleaning my dish until an episode of 90 Day Fiance was over, I decided to sit outside on the porch area until I felt Danica was calm enough for me to come inside and join her in the bedroom,’ he claims in legal documents, according to the report.

His statement went on: ‘We continued the disagreement until Danica grabbed my neck twice‚ each time digging her nails deep and pulling hard enough to scratch off some skin from my neck,’ adding that the injury ‘bled a little.’

Willis also details several other incidents where Dow was allegedly violent towards him and claims to have photos of the alleged injuries as evidence.

Dow is the assistant manger at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant SUR, where Willis is a bartender, and has yet to comment on the order, though Willis released a statement to E! News saying the two got into an ‘aggressive’ argument recently.

‘We got in an argument at a house party,’ he said explaining the recent incident. ‘We’re around a lot of her girlfriends and I’m sure it looked like I was the bad guy. It was nothing physical, but it was an aggressive argument on both sides.’

Adding: ‘I want to handle this amicably.’

For Willis, he wants to move past the incident as they work together, and for Dow to ‘retract everything.’

‘For me, I want her to retract everything,’ he said. ‘We work at the same establishment and I want us to be able to work and keep it professional and amicable.’

Willis also described their relationship as ‘toxic’ and that it is over, but he still cares for the assistant manager.

‘Our relationship was toxic and it’s not there anymore,’ he said. ‘I still love her, but I also have to look out for myself.’

The Bravo show has been featured in headlines in recent weeks as it was announced four main cast members — Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni — would not be returning after racist comments and actions resurfaced.
