Hot New Hip Hop said today that DJ Akademiks has his ear to the ground regarding what happened between Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion approximately two weeks ago at Kylie Jenner’s pool party.
In case you missed it, rumor has it Tory Lanez shot Megan Thee Stallion in the foot over a jealous argument regarding Kylie Jenner, but DJ Akademiks says it’s more complicated than this. In a new Livestream, DJ Akademiks told the story that someone said to him.
Reportedly, the “Savage” rapper and Lanez have been hooking up over the last few weeks, and while at the house party, both of them got very drunk. Akademiks says Megan told her friends about all of the attention Lanez had been giving to Kyle Jenner.
She got really angry because Tory wouldn’t have been invited had Megan Thee Stallion not brought him. Megan called out Lanez for what he was doing, and an argument ensued. Kylie and her friends asked them to leave, and then things intensified.
At this point in the story, however, Akademiks says there are multiple accounts of what really went down. Rumor has it Megan was being very abusive toward Tory, but Akademiks says this side of the story might be untrue.
What he does know, is that Megan was really laying into him verbally. Akademiks used the term, “verbally abusive.” Megan then asked him if he was a “real n*gga,” and so Tory pulled his gun out. Tory fired the gun as a scare tactic, but a bullet ricocheted and hit Megan in the feet.
DJ Akademiks went on to say this part of the story was important because from how it sounds, Tory didn’t try and shoot the gun directly at her. According to the media personality, it’s taken a long time to really get information out because the whole thing is quite embarrassing for everyone involved.
