Stacey Solomon, 30, was enjoying a break with young son Rex and long-term partner Joe Swash, 38, by the sea when the incident occurred. The Loose Women panellist filmed the trio hunting for pebbles excitedly along the shore before showing off their findings to her 3.6 million followers.
However, some fans messaged the star warning she could be in trouble with the law.
Stacey filmed herself laughing as she read through the messages.
She said: “A few of you are messaging saying ‘be careful, Stace, you can get arrested for taking pebbles off the beach.’
“Well, that’s a bummer. I just spent two hours collecting those bad boys.

“It’s always hard to be without them but we know how special it will be and how important it is for them… We love you to the moon and back boys have the best holiday EVER.”
“And when you get back be prepared for the amount of Fejkas I may have collected… Don’t worry I’ll make it up to you in animal snacks,” she added.
Stacey has two sons, Zack and Leighton, from previous relationships.
In May of last year, the Loose Women panellist welcomed baby Rex with partner Joe.
