Justin Bieber convinced Kanye West to talk to Kim Kardashian

Justin Bieber urged Kanye West to get in touch with Kim Kardashian after the rapper lashed out at his wife during a July 17th campaign rally and several subsequent Twitter rants.

The pop star, 26, gave his friend advice while visiting Ye at his Cody, Wyoming ranch with wife Hailey last Friday, telling him he ‘needed to talk’ to Kim, according to People.

Kayne had reportedly been ‘ghosting’ the mother-of-four since a series of internet outbursts last week, where he said he had been ‘trying to get divorced’ from the star, hinted she had cheated and accused her of trying to get a ‘doctor to lock [him] up.’

Before that the openly bipolar rapper/presidential hopeful caused a stir with a meandering campaign speech where he revealed her and Kardashian considered getting an abortion while expecting their first child.

The entire situation left Kim ‘deeply hurt,’ according to insiders. And making matters worse, Kanye stopped responding to her calls and texts after.

‘Kanye ghosted Kim,’ said a source close to the couple. ‘She tried to reach him for days, but he wouldn’t answer calls and he wouldn’t answer texts.’

The Yeezus rapper apologized to his wife online by Sunday July 26th, saying he was sorry to go ‘public with something that was a private matter.’ 

But he was still not ready to speak to her directly, knowing he has ‘disappointed’ the SKIMS founder.

‘Kanye didn’t want to face Kim,’ they said. ‘He doesn’t mind having a public spectacle but he avoids conflict when he’s like this. He knows he disappointed her and that kills him.’

It was then that Justin stepped in.

‘He told Kanye that he needed to talk to Kim. And Kanye finally texted Kim and they talked on the phone.’

By Monday the Calabasas beauty had flown to Cody to meet with her husband.

There, the couple were seen having an emotional conversation while leaving a local Wendy’s fast-food spot.

‘She has a lot to say to him,’ the source explained. ‘She loves him, but she knows that it’s not healthy for her to be around him now, and it’s honestly not healthy for the kids. He needs to get his stuff together before he can be any sort of partner or father.’

By Tuesday, Kim was back in California alone. 

Though Kim and Kanye’s marriage may still be in crisis, Justin just ‘wants to make sure Kanye is doing well.’

It was especially important for the Canadian singer to support West, given his own history of mental health struggles.

‘Justin struggled for so long himself before he got proper help,’ the source noted, adding that he’s been ‘extremely supportive’ of West.

Bieber and wife Hailey’s visit to the $14million Cody compound came to light via an Instagram video shared by one of Kanye’s associates. 

In it the Biebs and his model wife can be seen pulling up to the ranch in their luxury RV before being whisked away to see the Yeezy designer.

Later on Kanye shared a tweet of pal ‘JB’ sitting and chatting with Damon Dash, another A-lister in Ye’s inner circle. 

Kanye and Justin have had a longstanding friendship, with Bieber appearing during West’s Sunday Services and often voicing his support for the Stronger rapper.

Apparently in was Kim’s sister Kourtney who asked the Purpose singer to go check on Kanye, according to The Mirror. 

‘It was Kourtney who asked him to go and see Kanye, she thinks Justin will be a positive influence on him.’   

West has sparked concern in recent days with a string of erratic social media posts and a bizarre appearance at a rally for his presidential campaign in South Carolina – during which he wept hysterically. 

During the rally, Kanye claimed that Kardashian had planned to abort their eldest child and he openly criticized American abolitionist Harriet Tubman. 

He claimed earlier this week that he has been ‘trying to get divorced’ from Kim since she met his fellow rapper Meek Mill at a hotel. 

Kanye deleted his late-night tweets barely half an hour after posting them, except for a final post in which he signed them off as coming from ‘the future president’. 

The shock divorce claim comes after sources alleged that Kim and Kanye are already ‘living apart’ and have been ‘at each other’s throats’ with ‘daily bust-ups’ during lockdown. 

Earlier this week, Kim spoke in detail about how ‘powerless’ she is to persuade Kanye to seek help for his bipolar disorder unless he chooses to do so himself.

She said in a lengthy statement: ‘As many of you know, Kanye has bipolar disorder.

‘Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does, knows how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand…

‘I’ve never spoken publicly about how this has affected us at home because I am very protective of our children and Kanye’s right to privacy when it comes to his health.

‘But today, I feel like I should comment on it because of the stigma and misconceptions about mental health…

‘Those that understand mental illness or even compulsive behavior know that the family is powerless unless the member is a minor…

‘People who are unaware or far removed from this experience can be judgmental and not understand that the individual themselves have to engage in the process of getting help no matter how hard family and friends try.’
