Top Gear host Chris Harris 45, is no stranger to saying what he thinks on Twitter and last week was no different when he reacted to James May’s admission that he was wearing no trousers ahead of his interview on Good Morning Britain last week.
In view of his 3.1 million followers, the car enthusiast tweeted: “I’m appearing on Good Morning Britain in half an hour which is odd, because I’m sitting at home and I don’t have any trousers on.”
Chris replied to James’ post, writing: “Gives the interviewer the option of speaking to either James or Little James.”
Many Twitter users immediately flocked to the post to share their thoughts on Chris’ flippant remark.
One user wrote: “Excellent lead in and follow up.”

Last week, James caught up with Ben Shephard and Ranvir Singh on Good Morning Britain to discuss his upcoming work projects and life in lockdown.
During the interview, he addressed the likelihood of releasing more episodes of The Grand Tour after a lengthy wait due to the coronavirus.
Ben said to James: “[It’s] a massive show in my house, my boys will be besides themselves when they know you’re on today.
“When are we gonna get the next instalment and where abouts are you in the world with this?”
