The pics were captured by Demi’s photographer friend, Angelo Kritikos, and perfectly capture the emotions of the moment.
The first shows Ehrich on one knee, obviously popping the big question, Demi Lovato’s face visibly emotional and surprised even though it was taken from afar.
Furthermore, in the second and third photos, the newly engaged couple can be seen embracing sweetly, most likely right after Demi had said yes!

Ehrich has revealed some behind the scenes details as well, telling his own followers that at the time he got on one knee and proposed to his love, David Matthews Band’s ‘Crash Into Me’ was playing in the background, only making the moment even more special and memorable.
‘Love you more each and every second @ddlovato,’ he posted.
This comes after Demi Lovato’s engagement announcement that took everyone by surprise.
She wrote: ‘When I was little, my birth dad would always call me his ‘little partner’ – something that might have sounded strange without his southern cowboy accent. To me it just made perfect sense. And today that word makes sense again but today I am officially going to be somebody else’s partner. @maxehrich – I knew that I loved you the moment I met you. It was something I cannot describe to anyone who has not experienced it firsthand but luckily you did too.’
