Conor McGregor has shown he is as skillfull at finishing outside the octagon as he is in it by showing off his football skills in a video posted online.

The Notorious One took to Instagram to post a video of him curling a shot into the net in a bid to grab the attention of Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos, who reached out to the UFC star after imitating his ‘Billi strut’ after scoring a superb strike in training just days ago.

The UFC star hailed his ‘bro Sergio’ after he attempted to pull off his famous walk and showed the Spanish World Cup winner that he is no one-trick pony by posting a series of videos of him playing football.

McGregor, who is back in Ireland following a family holiday to the south of France and Corsica, was filmed having a kick-about at local club Black Forge FC.

The southpaw slotted home his first attempt with the outside of his foot before finding the net for a second time by side-footing it into the bottom corner.

Despite a sizeable crowd gathering to watch, McGregor was unable to keep up his perfect streak.

The former two weight world champion failed to convert the next two shots as he played them straight at the keeper.

McGregor shared the clips on Instagram with the caption: ‘What do you think Sergio Ramos?’ 

To which he responded: ‘Top class mate! Fancy a training session at Real Madrid? More than welcome to join us anytime.’

McGregor may take Ramos up on his offer, considering he announced his shock retirement from mixed martial arts in May, saying that the sport ‘didn’t excite’ him anymore. 

Despite this, he reignited his feud with long-standing rival Nate Diaz after the The Stockton Slugger praised fighters after UFC 251  and recently posted a comeback tease by saying ‘stay ready’ on his Instagram.
