A delighted Chris Pratt received a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame on Friday.
The actor, 37, was cheered on by his wife of eight years, actress Anna Faris, and their gorgeous four-year-old son Jack.
Proud Anna, who looked sleek in navy, leaned in sweetly for a kiss during the ceremony while their son appeared in awe of all of the excitement.

Pratt was very excited about the honour, and even shared a sneak peek of his nameplate being assembled earlier this week.

The actor has enjoyed considerable success, particularly these last few years after starring as Andy Dwyer in Parks And Recreation.

His star skyrocketed after landing the leading role in 2014 action film Guardians Of The Galaxy and 2015’s Jurassic World.
Chris’ earlier credits include a role in the television series Everwood and The O.C.
He’s also appeared in Jennifer’s Body, Wanted, and Moneyball.
The star has lent his voice to the 2014 film The Lego Movie opposite Will Arnett and Elizabeth Banks.

Anna gave an emotional speech whilst at the event, thanking him for all that he does for her.
‘This is actually a thank-you speech,’ she began. ‘I’m the beneficiary of all this because I get to spend every day with this wonderful man.
‘I know that if our circumstances were different and we weren’t as fortunate to be standing here and living our Hollywood life, we would be happy in the woods together, I think.’

She then spoke about their son Jack, who was born prematurely with health complications.
‘He stood by me and held me and was my anchor,’ she said of Pratt.
Anna also thanked Pratt for his sense of humor, saying: ‘At the premiere of Guardians 2, on the red carpet he whispered something unbelievably inappropriate into my ear and it was awesome.
‘Honey, I want to thank you for being the most incredible person. I love you so much.’

Pratt was visibly emotional when he took to the podium.
‘I want to thank my wife Anna, I love you. You’ve given me so much. You gave me the greatest star in the galaxy in my little boy, I love him and I love you,’ he confessed, before continuing to praise his family.
‘We have bonded to make this molecule that is more important to me than air or water, and without it none of this means anything to me. With every challenge, with every day, week, month, decade, we become more bonded.’
He then went on to express more gratitude for his wife and what she means to him ‘You make me laugh like nobody else. You’re very caring, and thank you for your trust and your sacrifice — and for your dedication and your heart. I will do my best to protect it, and in return I will give you all of those things as well. You have my heart, my dedication, my trust.’
‘I’m a man of faith and I believe that God works in mysterious ways and gives us signs and gifts in life — and those gifts oftentimes come in the form of people,’ he began.
‘So I’ll just spend the rest of my time expressing gratitude for the people in my life who are gifts.’
