Tristan Thompson is selling his California home for $8.5million – a little over a year after he bought it to be closer to his ex Khloé Kardashian and their two-year-old daughter True.
The 29-year-old NBA player listed the luxury property in Encino – just 10 miles away from Calabasas where Khloé lives – on Tuesday.
The 9,864 square feet modern farmhouse estate features seven bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms on a 18,843 sq ft gated lot.
The house also features an in-ground pool, marble patio, deck, oversized spa and an outdoor kitchen with a bar counter.

Some areas in the home – which is set to make a cool $2million profit for Tristan – were redesigned by Ryan Saghian.
The property, which Tristan bought in May 2019, is listed by Beverly Hills real estate power broker Tomer Fridman of Compass Real Estate.

Earlier this month Tristan’s ex Khloé said she is ‘really grateful’ she can co-parent with him while they quarantined together with daughter True during the coronavirus pandemic, but said they are not dating again.
‘We’re doing a great job and I’m really grateful that we’re able to,’ the siren told DailyPop.
‘I come from a family that, you know, my mom and my dad, they would have dinner once a week. And my stepdad and my dad would play golf once a week together. So, I come from a family that … just because people aren’t together doesn’t mean you have to be rude or they’re out of your life.’
