Hello and welcome to Sportsmail’s live coverage of Manchester United vs. West Ham United at Old Trafford.

We’re in for a big evening of action across the Premier League and Championship, with Liverpool and Leeds set to lift the league titles after conquering their respective divisions, while a huge relegation battle will reach its conclusion in the second tier.

But first, we have an important game between Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side and David Moyes’s Hammers.

A win for United will be huge in their chase for Champions League football next season. Three points will see the Red Devils leapfrog Chelsea and Leicester going into the final game of the campaign, where they play the Foxes at the King Power stadium.

Meanwhile, the Hammers can spoil Solskjaer’s plans and mathematically secure their Premier League safety with just a point this evening. Last time out, they swept aside sorry Watford and are on the cusp of sealing their safety.

Sportsmail’s OLLIE LEWIS will provide live EPL coverage of Man United vs West Ham including score, lineups and build-up.
