Riley Keough breaks silence about her 'angelic baby' brother Benjamin's suicide

On Saturday, Golden Globe nominee Riley Keough broke her silence about her ‘angelic baby brother’ Benjamin’s suicide, at age 27, last Sunday.

The grieving 31-year-old shared a slideshow of herself with the late musician, who reportedly felt enormous pressure to live up to their grandfather Elvis Presley’s legacy.

‘Mornings are the hardest. I forget you’re gone. I can’t cry because of the fear that I will never stop. A pain that’s new to me,’ Riley (born Danielle) wrote to her 378K Instagram/Twitter followers.

‘You. There are no words for you. Angel is the closest I could think of. Pure light. Baby brother. Best friend. Wild man. Intellectual. Witness to my life. Twin soul. Protector. Too sensitive for this harsh world. I hope you give me strength to endure the giant hole you’ve left in my heart.

‘I hope you give me the strength to eat. I hope you’re cradled in love. I hope you feel my love. I hope you feel god. You are god. I can’t believe you’ve left me. Not you sweet Ben Ben. Anyone but you. I guess this is true heartbreak. I hope we meet again.’

Keough’s post received condolences messages from Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Reese Witherspoon, Eiza González, Olivia Munn, Millie Bobby Brown, Chloë Grace Moretz, Sarah Paulson, Taylor Lautner, Camila Morrone, Jai Courtney, Richard Armitage, Dakota Fanning, and more.

The Earthquake Bird actress’ mother Lisa Marie Presley is ‘beyond devastated’ about Benjamin dying from a self-inflicted shotgun wound inside her $1.8M Calabasas mansion.
