Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler have sold one of their homes in Nashville, Tennessee for $3.7million after initially putting it on the market for $7.9million.
The 32-year-old reality star and 37-year-old former NFL star – who announced their divorce back in April – originally listed the property which served as a second residence for them in 2018.
Back in May, the former couple adjusted the asking price to $4.95million only for it to be scooped up this month for 34 percent below that price for $3.7million according to Entertainment Tonight.

Cutler had been living on the property since their split according to the site as Cavallari has already moved to a new home.
The celeb couple initially purchased the abode in 2012 for $5.3 million, putting it back on the market in 2018 for $7.9 million without getting any takers, E! reported.
The Mediterranean-style dwelling the reality beauty and NFL alum once shared is nearly 20,000 square feet sitting on 8.5 acres of property.
The residence includes seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and three half bathrooms, with amenities including a theater room and opulent outdoor dining room with a couch.

Kristin actually had quit her reality show – Very Cavallari – amid the most recent price adjustment in May.
The former star of Laguna Beach made the ‘decision to pull the plug’ on her reality show according to a source for Us Weekly back in March.
As she is in the middle of a divorce from former NFL star husband, Jay Cutler, the insider said: ‘Kristin couldn’t do a reality show without addressing the divorce and she doesn’t want this to unfold on camera, as it’s ‘not what she wants to go through.’
Very Cavallari has been airing on E! since 2018, and followed Kristin along as she ran her business in Nashville and maintained a household with her husband.

‘As I start this new chapter in my life, I have decided not to continue with ‘Very Cavallari,” Kristin, 33, announced on Instagram. ‘I’ve absolutely loved my time filming and am so grateful to E! Entertainment for making this journey possible.
‘To the fans: I can’t thank you enough for all your support and for keeping up with me all of these years. I love you guys.’
Accompanying the news was a photo of Kristin, sitting in front of a green screen while drinking an iced coffee.

The E! show had recently finished airing its third season, and had even inspired a holiday special, a Very Merry Cavallari.
Starring in the reality series was nothing new for Kristin, who, ass the star of the MTV series Laguna Beach, has been appearing on television since she was a teenager. She took a hiatus from reality TV to focus on her family, but returned with a bang on E!.
On the series, Kristin shared with viewers not just the inner workings of her company Uncommon James, but also her marriage with Jay, who played for the Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins in his 12 years in the NFL.
The couple recently announced their divorce after seven years of marriage and three children together.
